Ingredients
1 Pepperidge Farm Bread, Raisin Cinnamon
4 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar, for garnish
maple syrup, for serving
Directions
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bread in a single layer in baking dish. 
  2. Whisk together the whole eggs, egg yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt. 
  3. Pour egg mixture over bread. Scatter pecans and cranberries over the top. 
  4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top. Cover; refrigerate overnight. 
  5. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover; bake for 40 minutes. 
  6. When ready to serve, dust with powdered sugar. Drizzle individual slices with maple syrup.
