1 Pepperidge Farm Bread, Raisin Cinnamon
4 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup frozen cranberries
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar, for garnish
maple syrup, for serving
Directions
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange bread in a single layer in baking dish.
- Whisk together the whole eggs, egg yolks, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Pour egg mixture over bread. Scatter pecans and cranberries over the top.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350° F. Uncover; bake for 40 minutes.
- When ready to serve, dust with powdered sugar. Drizzle individual slices with maple syrup.
